Hotel Porto Loutro On The Beach, Loutro

My stay in the 'Double or Twin Room with Sea View' was good! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which is a rarity in Crete. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a proper hairdryer and beach towels provided at no extra charge. The room was well-appointed and made for a relaxing getaway.

The bathroom was a standout feature during my visit. It was surprisingly spacious, with adequate lighting over the sink and a plug-both hard to find in many hotels. They even have a room to shower in for those catching late ferries, allowing you to keep your towel!

The breakfast room doubled as a charming bar and was filled with beautiful flowers while overlooking the sea. While the simple breakfast included in the room rate was satisfactory, I found the extra charges for yogurt and fruit to be a bit surprising. Still, the atmosphere was lovely.

I was thoroughly impressed with my bedroom at Hotel Porto Loutro. It had all the necessary amenities, including a proper hairdryer. It's evident that the hotel pays attention to detail. I felt at home and could easily see myself returning for a longer stay.
